Project management, commercial, and corporate function apprentices and graduates work on real client projects, proposals, and business operations from day one.

As part of EXUOCOVA, engineers train on actual drilling rigs, power systems, and digital optimization tools, not simulations.

All colleagues gain experience across international operations and develop skills and knowledge working closely with our specialists.
